Hebei MiRuite Air Dome Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established on 27 November 2020. It is a specialised air-supported structure manufacturing base under Beijing Xinyuan Yijia Membrane Structure Technology Co., Ltd., situated in the Heavy Equipment Zone of the Winter Sports Industrial Park within the Zhangjiakou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Hebei Province, covering an area of 10,000 square metres. As a high-tech enterprise, the company specialises in the research and development, design, manufacture and sale of air-supported structures. Since its inception, it has drawn upon its parent company's many years of accumulated expertise in membrane structure technology to establish an end-to-end manufacturing capability that integrates solution design, production and processing, on-site installation, and operation and maintenance services. The company continues to deepen its commitment to innovation in air-supported structure technology. In addition to air-supported sports venues and environmentally friendly air-supported structures for excavation pits, it has expanded into high-end air-supported products such as aerospace support facilities, agricultural cold-chain solutions and mobile specialised modules, with its product portfolio spanning multiple countries and regions.
Our Factory
The factory is situated in the Heavy Equipment Zone of the Winter Sports Industrial Park within the Zhangjiakou High-Tech Zone, Hebei Province. Covering an area of 10,000 square metres, the site is equipped to handle large-scale air-supported structure manufacturing. The facility is fitted with multiple specialised, fully automated membrane cutting production lines and air-supported structure welding lines, enabling an integrated production process encompassing membrane cutting, heat-sealing and finished product inspection. Annual production capacity for various air-supported structure products reaches 1 million square metres. The factory has established standardised production and quality control procedures, with comprehensive oversight from the inspection of raw materials upon arrival to the testing of finished products. It is capable of undertaking custom manufacturing of air-supported structures for large-span, irregularly shaped and specialised applications, whilst also catering to both standardised venue products and bespoke air-supported equipment for the aerospace and engineering sectors. The facility possesses the manufacturing capacity to deliver large-scale air-supported projects rapidly.

During the Project
Following contract signing, we complete detailed design, with production carried out in our own factory and construction managed by our in-house team; A dedicated project manager is assigned to monitor progress, with on-site acceptance carried out in phases; upon completion, operational, inspection and emergency response training is provided to maintenance staff, and a full set of drawings and manuals is handed over.
